Operations and Administration Officer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

· Provides full technical support to sub-agents in the Moneta network;
· Monitors transactions and daily reports of sub-agents;
· Verifies and reconciles reports with transaction data;
· Maintains daily communication with sub-agents and supports them in completing their transactions;
· Keeps attendance records;
· Prepares internal acts and performs other related tasks;
· Collection of documentation and preparation of contracts for subagents, towards NBRSM and MoneyGram;
· Receives and archives the documentation and invoices;
· Develops the procedures and policies;
· Keeps log-sheets for the use of official vehicles;

Main requirements and qualifications:

· University degree (Public Administration, Faculty of Law, Economics, or Informatics);
· Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in the requested area.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
· Excellent communication skills in Macedonian, Albanian, and English;
· Excellent organizational skills;
· Teamwork skills;
· Takes initiative and provides high-quality work;
